Identify whether you are applying as RN, RPN or NP. Read CNO's outside-Canada registration guide before paying third parties. Gather nursing education records and official verification documents. Gather registration/licensure history from every jurisdiction where applicable. Review the current evidence-of-practice requirement. Review language proficiency routes accepted by CNO. Complete the registration exam when CNO confirms eligibility. Complete the jurisprudence exam and Transition to Practice requirement when required. Monitor your CNO portal for document or assessment requests.
